In some cases, there are extra costs associated with shipments going to particular stations and shippers/consignees.
To enter these costs, follow these step-by-step instructions:
1. From the Data Management window, click the Stations command button.
2. Select a station from the Station QuickFind.
3. Click on the Other tab.
4. Click the Costs command button.
5. Click the New command button.
6. Enter the station and shipper/consignee and any associated Added or Variable costs.
7. Click the Save command button
Update Costs
1. From the Data Management window, click the Stations command button.
2. Select a station from the Station QuickFind.
3. Click on the Other tab.
4. Click the Costs command button.
5. Select the appropriate costs from the Costs QuickFind.
6. Make necessary changes.
7. Click the Save command button
Delete Costs
1. From the Data Management window, click the Stations command button.
2. Select a station from the Station QuickFind.
3. Click on the Other tab.
4. Click the Costs command button.
5. Select the appropriate costs from the Costs QuickFind.
6. Click the Delete command button.
