To schedule periodic imports of CLM (railcar sightings) and/or bill of ladings (including Customer 417s) data from Steelroads follow these steps:
1. Open the Data Management screen.
2. Click on Scheduler command button.
3. Click New button.
4. Select the Activity: Import Data and Create Cycles;
5. Enter the date and time for when you want the scheduled activity to happen;
6. Choose an Interval, which will determine the next time this activity will happen; no entry is required for Days until archive/delete.
7. Click the Save and Close command button.
8. Close the Scheduled Activities Form.
9. Click on the File | Start Scheduler menu.
10. Leave your computer on (you may turn your monitor off if you wish).
Note: If the interval is not exactly what you need, you may enter multiple entries for the same scheduled activity; make the date and time the interval that you need.
