This will run the Import Data process and the Create Cycles process. What data is imported and from where is determined in the Import Properties window.
It is recommended to create cycles during the evening or a period where the usage of RMS is low. Typically, you will only need to create cycles once a day since the reports that depend on up to date cycles are mostly Management Reports that are run several days after the end of a monthly or quarterly period.
