Provides a view with fields primarily oriented to the measurement of the time that railcars are in detention or held at a particular loading or unloading point. The Cycle record is used as the primary foundation for this dataset. Criteria that determines the demurrage charge are entered on the Proprietary Demurrage/Detention Criteria window. This report is designed for RMS users who own or lease railcars and want to manage how long other organizations hold on to their railcars for unloading/loading.
