Add, Update, Delete a scheduled activity

These steps establish the Schedule. The Schedule won't run until it is activated; please see the Schedule RMS to run automatically help topic.

Add a scheduled activity

1. From the Home window, expand the Data Management branch and double-click the Scheduler branch.
2. Click the New button.
3. Select the Activity to schedule from the Activity text box; select a Date and Time you wish to run the activity; select how often the activity should run with the Interval text box.
4. Click the Save button.

NOTE: RMS will run activities with a date/time less or equal to your computer's date/time.

Update a scheduled activity

1. From the Home window, expand the Data Management branch and double-click the Scheduler branch.
2. Click on an Activity and click the Edit button (Note: you may also double-click the Activity to achieve the same result).
3. Modify the Activity and click the Save button.

Delete a scheduled actiivyt

1. From the Home window, expand the Data Management branch and double-click the Scheduler branch.
2. Click on an Activity and click the Delete button.
