There is another way to add railcars to RMS.
1. From the Home window, expand the Data Management branch and double-click the Railcars Update branch.
2. Click on the New button.
Note: If you wish to add a railcar that has similar characteristics to another railcar that is already in RMS, instead of clicking on the New button, highlight the other railcar, click Edit and then once the Railcar window appears, click on the New Similar button.
3. Enter the initial and number and any characteristics that you wish to save for reference.
4. Click the Save button.
